CHOOSE YOUR CHOCOLATE

When choosing chocolate think of the flavours you like and whether you are planning to eat it on its own or enjoy with a drink or other food.  People often determine their preference by the amount of cocoa but you would not choose your wine this way so why your chocolate.  Not all 70% chocolate for example tastes the same.  Most of our chocolate at the moment is quite fruity but with variations this will hopefully appeal to many.
